Obviously hard at work getting the game pushed out my midnight since it's the last day of January, and he did say it was out this month!

Oh who the fuck am I kidding, John definitely spent all day crashing into slumber from the stress of #GamerGaters literally raping every orifice in his body every time they gain access to a government document that is available to the public by law.
 
I think this latest bit is going to be what pushes Brianna to claim that she can't possibly finish Rev60 now because Gamergate has harassed her so severely.

You know, despite having a year and a half to do so, additional funding from Kickstarter, and two grand a month just to "save" her from the harassment. I really can't wait for her to try that tactic and for it to blow up in her face like everything else has so far. I guess the question is where does Wu run from here?

If she was smart? She'd end up owning up to the whole "I'm trans" story instead of trying to bury it. Own up to what she did when she was John Flynt. And then move on and become an activist for Trans persons and drop the whole "Software engineer" story.

In reality? Try to suppress as much as possible, and slowly drop off of the public Twitter, and never release R60. Live off of Frank's teat.

There's no way I'll be ever to find it back but I seem to recall him making this promise at the end of 2015 sometime to someone on Twitter who was asking.
 
I dunno, Johnnys still gotta a lot of incredibly stupid followers. You know the ones, they white knight constantly, fork out 2k a month to support his lifestyle and are pretty much immune to any fact that might arise.

It will take something really major to stop his Twitter campaigning.

He would be violating a bunch of contracts if he didnt refund their money in full. Thats $12,728 of contributions

There's a certain traction to the outed by transphobic bigots tale. However, after this long, it's well into Chloe Sagal territory where it's going to look to everyone but hardcore SJWs like Wu has basically spun this tale to run from prior scams.

Failing to release Rev60 and, in fact, perversely "un-releasing" it by pulling it from the only platform where it was ever available for purchase, is the most obvious example of this.

It's not like this turd is going to get any less aromatic as time passes.

The criteria for Wu's next hugbox are:
- Money and/or prestige: no sense clawing your way into a scene with no payoff
- Well-intentioned tolerance: it has to be somewhere where accusations of misogyny, transphobia, etc. are taken very seriously.
- Low social skills: Wu's MO is pretty much to come across as the loudest, most well-connected person in the room, and steamroll the opposition. Against someone with equal or greater social capital, Wu invariably folds like a house of cards.
- Backchannel-friendly: As we all know, Wu's preferred dispute-resolution mechanism is going "over the top" to influence highly placed individuals who have broad authority. So the next hugbox will have to either have an "HR department" that can be co-opted, or a small handful of admins like Twitter etc.

If Wu wasn't such a disaster academically, I'd say going back to school for a Ph.D in Oppression Studies or something might be her next move. Academia would be full of prime victims for her.

This isn't true, Kickstarter has no money-back guarantee. If you contribute to a project that mismanages itself and wastes the money, you're just out your investment.

This is extremely important, because practically nobody actually likes Wu. Wu is just so massively socially retarded that almost everyone is alienated eventually. Wu needs some sort of threat so that people are actually afraid, because otherwise the knives will come out.

Nobody really wants Wu around for any use provided by Wu because Wu is a useless sociopath with no skills at all.
 
If Flynt was smart.
If.
He'd jump in front of it.
Announce his past before the release.
Claim transphobia and get those pitybux.
But John isn't it.
And his narcissism won't let him change his narrative.
Prepare for salt. And bawleeting.
