At this point, just the visuals are enough of a horror-show to justify suggesting that under-13s shouldn't be playing it, though I'm sure the mild language, violence, and "some mature themes" would be enough for the ESRB.

Is Wu making up a fake ESRB rating for her game? That's the only reason I can think of why she's asking the question. Steam doesn't even require you to have an ESRB/PEGI rating, so she's probably completely misread the form.

Wu's game wasn't condemned to the trash-heap by default. Amidst the terrible design decisions and even worse story, there are hints of a much better and more thought-out game that is desperately trying to happen.

Shame it can't due to Brianna Wu being a fucking terrible writer and even worse with dialogue.
