Bit more than being leftist or liberal. It specifically refers to people who make longform video essays with a smartguy aesthetic.
However, being leftwing and making long ass video essays isn't enough. Hanger ons like Quinton, MovieBob, and Mothers Basement all aspire to be Breadtube, but few attribute the title to them despite their Gritty memes and saying of the word Chud.. Focusing on economics kinda ignores the point of fascism and National Socialism.

There were undeniably Nazis who were socialistic. Ernst Rohm wanted a Second Revolution to topple capitalism and abolish the aristocratic army, and the Strasser brothers were basically just racist communists. However, they were purged in favor of a socially conservative army, large corporate allies, and some weirdos that believed in magic (SS). Some fanatics like Goebbels started out as literal communists, but they shifted more to the Nazi idea of race/guts prevailing over anything by the time they were powerful.

The Nazis weren't about economics like the communists. Hitler appointed Hjalmar Shacht, a socially conservative liberal to go all in on privatization and austerity. The Nazis created a few social programs to make up for this, but German workers got it harder under this regime, and most of the social programs were intentionally made as fraudulent long-term programs that never paid out (Volkswagon). This liberal regime made the Germany economy very productive, but the Nazis only did this because they thought it would help them rearm. Hitler then put Goering in charge of the economy specifically because he knew nothing about economics and was committed to re-arming. Shacht's privatized empire was replaced by state-corporate partnerships, state industries, and central planning. It was all about re-arming. Nazi economics is get big army as fast as possible and steal shit from other countries.

Same with Franco and Pinochet. They initially had autarkic regimes that valued central planning. Pinochet pretty much immediately purged his Falangists in favor of a group of Austrian-School loving Chileans who trained in Chicago. It took Franco a decade and his Spanish Miracle made the country a developed one. Latin/Italian-Fascism is just about rejecting leftism and much of that is just cultural. The economy is a secondary matter.
