Normally that's the case but you have to actively be committed most of the time. Like it's very specific laws that allow the state to take them away. I'm not sure about Arkansas though, probably much fewer laws since it's a red state.

I'm 99% sure the police didn't tell Boogie that according to Arkansas law he could shoot Frank for stepping foot on his property. Police are trained to not to say things like that to people or answer legal questions. It opens the department up to all sorts of legal liabilities. I guess we'll have to wait on the FOIA to see what was really said.

This is the first time I have heard about Frank hassle. God this is fucking hilarious. Frank does stupid shit, but all he does is talk shit to people and say offensive stuff on camera, the worst he’s done to people is vaping in their faces.
Showing up to someone’s house is crossing the line, but what was the worst Frank was gonna do, call him a fat gay retard and vape in his face? Sure Boogie technically had the legal right to shoot, but in the end all that does is make him look like an even bigger dumbass than Frank Hassle, the man who harasses random strangers at Walmart with a GoPro strapped to his head.
