Anyway, I've been meaning to bring this up for a while. Why the hell are we taking anything he says at face value?
Sure we call out so much of his lies. But at the same time, if he says something "My farts smell so much my dog threw up" or "I made Dez sign an Non Disparage" it just keeps being taken at face value.

For Christ's sakes, Steven is incapable of telling the truth, and will tell any lie for shock/attention. I keep seeing the NDA thing being brought up over and over again when the only source for this is Boogie himself.

It's like, basically, we'll take as fact something he says if he can be turned against him. But otherwise will doubt everything.
Now bear with me, I'm not saying to give this shit the benefit of the doubt, I'm saying we need to treat every single word out of his mouth as a fabrication!

The thing where he said he farted so bad his dog puked is funny and befitting of who he is, though even that I wouldn't take at face value because I've never heard of a dog vomiting due to a smell, but it's easy to think about a dog stopping to chow down on some roadkill. I'd imagine Boogie did rip a rancid fart in his dog's face, and the dog probably happened to puke the same day because pets puke a lot. So he decided to say it was because of him because he's Boogie and he'll exaggerate anything.

Though I'll go along with it just to rip on him.

As for Boogie having Dez sign a non-disparage agreement, that only serves to make Boogie look worse, and it goes along with how silent Dez has been this whole time, because Lord knows she's got stories for days about Boogie. I figure most likely she just wants to put her entire time with Boogie behind her and focus on her much brighter future, but, if ever she wants to spill the beans on the big boy, the whole world's watching. That being said, yeah, I still wouldn't put any serious money behind that being the truth if it came from Boogie's mouth. Considering he's such a prolific liar, I wouldn't doubt that he even says plausible, unbecoming stuff as an attempt to appear more honest while steering the ship the way he wants.

There's not a single thing Boogie says that you should ever take at face value, even if it seems like a dumb thing to lie about. Boogie's entire modus operandi is to appear like Mr. Nice Guy, and gain sympathy from his fans. Time and time again he's pulled the ol' suicide bait out when he's cornered, exactly like when non-Caucasian assholes pull the race card, and he's really given nobody any reason to trust him anymore. Let alone become a new fan.
