A single fat guy really doesn't need to have a packet of buns and a baguette in the house all at once. That's too much bread for one person to eat in normal amounts before it goes bad. You know there were another half dozen buns off to the side, and another 1 and 1/2 feet of baguette. That's like a dozen servings of bread with a 4-5 day expiration date.
Ordinarily, a plateau is just a sign that you've lost a lot of weight pretty quickly and your body is just shuffling things around to try and make sense of the situation. It should only take a few weeks to get through it if you continue healthy practices. Though in Boogie's case I'd say it's less of a plateau and more of a complete absence of aforementioned practices.
I'm sure when he starts feeling really worried about losing views he will try to win them back by trooning and becoming Boogina.

He is fully aware that he has a ton of mental issues, has been to therapists before and has definitely no shame talking about this. Boogie frequently brings up his depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, addictive personality, self-loathing etc. in his videos and tweets but here's the thing: he uses them as excuses for shitty behaviour or failures. I might wrong him, but from what we can see I think he doesn't even wants to tackle and solve these problems, he seems very comfortable using them to deflect criticism, get pity and justify his actions and lifestyle.
