I don’t know about AR, but in Palm Beach County it’s a fine after the second false call and you can be jailed for repeated abuse of police resources.

If you want a case history of a lolcow with constant low level police interactions that eventually lead to something check out Tommy Tooter a.k.a Thomas Wasserberg.

Guy definitely has a history of legitimate mental health issues and was on the Tucson pd's radar for years. It wasn't until after he took being a nuisance caller out of his house and into public that the police finally did something beyond the occasional 72 hour evaluation hold.

The problem is that he isn't actually calling the police, and the people who are calling are doing it in good faith. Boogie is a piece of shit, but the people calling wellness checks or for assistance with his suicide baiting, are considered to be doing it with real concern. It's not their fault that Boogie is a worthless piece of shit who views suicide as a manipulation tactic, instead of something serious.

They can't really do anything to Boogie, until Boogie is doing something illegal (or requiring intervention). But I'm sure they will be happy to take the opportunity when it presents itself.

A good example of this is with Cyraxx, his family has police at his house daily. In under a year he had 125+ visits, with the majority of them being calls by him or his family. What ended up happening with them is they got a special label that basically says the calls from that address aren't really important. Police still have to go anyways, just set there and get told internetretard_37 hurt Chance's feelings, they tell him to get off the internet and they leave.

It was hysterical witnessing it during the height of that because the bodycams leaked on a daily basis and the reactions of the cops were really funny (if you ignore the wasted resources). I think the county hated him so they always like immediately got to work on the FOIA requests as punishment or something. They always were posted like within a day or two.

If this continues I'm guessing Boogie is gonna get the 53 label or whatever term his county uses. Although one difference is that most of the calls to Cyraxx's address were with the non-emergency line, so who knows. But if the Wilkins' never got prosecuted for probably 300+ calls at this point resulting in police visits to each of them, I highly doubt Boogie will is what I'm getting at.
 
I was watching that girls video about boogie, it mentioned boogie saying he needed the colonoscopy to check for prostate cancer. Funny thing about that ….

Boogie's reputation being destroyed even further than any of us envisioned a year ago is also real. What is being accentuated is the speed of his fall. Lolcow Live has greased the wheels for all this, sequences of events led more people to take notice of Boogie and blow holes in his lies in very public ways. Where there is reasonable assumption of lolcow live fake drama is the "firing", it just screams a bad Keemstar storyline. The reason for all this and Boogie's resulting suffering though, I can only see as very real. Keemstar is no stranger to grifting hard off of other's downfalls, even to their graves. So him spicing the journey with fake side plots is pretty in character.

Something happened to trigger Boogie. Suicide baiting enters the picture. Somebody calls it in. He or someone close to the situation calls Keemstar and gives him the heads up. My guess was immediately Dezi leaving or threatening to leave because some of Boogie's biggest moods and worst meltdowns tend to be rooted in hooker/gf/ex issues. This stuff isn't a storyline, but Keemstar fake side plots and grift can cloud the waters. Also, what tends to bother a lot of people, understandably, is that Boogie works for Keem and is making some good quick cash off this "exploding cow" trick. Boogie's money issues in the short term are solved by letting Keemstar build profits off all this. But there are laws being broken if the police calls are for the show. That's where I see a clear line of reality vs. Keem plotlines.

fucking thank you. I'll admit I've been of the opinion that lolcow live is full of nothing but kayfabe bullshit and the show has been a total snooze fest since its inception. there's no denying this recent fake cancer arc has been incredibly entertaining, otherwise this thread wouldn't have grown 200 pages in the last 12 days, and the reason why is because for once it's not their usual standard kayfabe igniting the drama. yes, we can all agree there are certain things keem exaggerates for dramatic effect, like firing boogie with obvious intentions to bring him back on the show, but underneath the occasional exaggeration used to milk some extra clicks and attention is a very real monumental boogie meltdown for the ages. wade through the extra fluff and enjoy the trainwreck. is it really all that unreasonable to suspect that the guy who has a notorious history for suicide baiting was suicide baiting and had the police called on him?

Boogie also listed sleep apnea as a condition during the documentary, and as far as I know maintained that he had it. Then he told Destiny he doesn't have it, he just sleeps with a CPAP machine "just in case".

I don't know why he lies like this, it makes no sense. Maybe he googled PV and polycythemia and realized obstructive sleep apnea causes P but not PV, so he said that to save face. I really have no idea. It's weird.

Edit to not double post - the fact that he doesn't want to talk about his "cancer" and he specifically avoided it being mentioned in the docu is a telltale sign that it's a lie. Ofcourse you'd not want your worst lies to be in the spot light, ofc he is avoiding to walk where he knows the ice is thinnest. He has a problem he kept bringing it up when he thought it would be convenient.

Something mildly interesting regarding the fat man cropped up recently IRL; I have a good friend who is, for the most part, completely ignorant of internet culture; basically a normie who is far too successful and well-adjusted to bother keeping up with this stuff. I met up with him around the time the crypto scam was big and happened to bring it up casually in conversation. (although it's not his area at all he has been somewhat amused by internet drama I've explained to him in the past)

I was caught completely offguard when he said something like 'oh, the 'I need your help' guy?' That was so illustrative to me just how disastrous his strategy to stay in the spotlight has been. The fact that even this guy has heard of Boogie, simply through his begging video, says so much. He's been operating under the 'any publicity is good publicity' doctrine for years and all it's done is expose him as a loathsome user to people who really have no business even knowing who he is.

I'm so grateful that we're in this situation now where he's just getting shat on from every angle. it is so deserved and overdue.
