Yes he can make that claim because but it would come off as unprofessional as fuck. How you as a boxing promoter don't even look at your boxer's medical records to determine if they are fit to fight? When Wings brought up the medical records argument and you can see Keem's unawareness when he asked Boogie "IF YOU HAVE CANCER, WHY DID THEY LET YOU FIGHT?". I'm not saying that Keemstar needs to be a doctor and examine Boogie himself that's retarded. What I'm saying is Keemstar so painfully unaware of his promotion that he doesn't ask the doctors or even give a cursory glance to his boxers's medical records to get a concrete view if they are able to box.I'm no expert on boxing promotion or anything, but is there chance Keem could claim it wasn't found at that time?
This brings up another point: How is Happy Punch doing physical examinations? What standards are they following? What testing guidelines are they applying? If Boogie had another cancer and not polycythemia vera how did the doctors not found it when examining him for the fight? For Keem to push the narrative of Boogie having cancer he would destroy his reputation as a boxing promoter. There is a limit to how much he can push the narrative of him not knowing when it's a fight himself is organizing.
