To be fair, Boogie is known to suicide-bait in DMs. Consider the shit KF got, and still gets, when Byuu (didn't) killed himself. Talentless Writer is clearly a coward, and apparently a Boogie fan with rose-tinted glasses, so of course he wouldn't be able to take the pressure of a bunch of misguided SJW (Steven Jason Williams) Internet smallbrains if Boogie actually killed himself (which he won't). It's still fucking pathetic that TW lets Boogie get away with it simply "because it's Boogie". If you're a fan of someone, and they fuck you over, that should make you disappointed in them.

On another topic, I've been thinking about Boogie's suspended sentence/unsupervised probation. We're coming up on the end of that term (somewhere around March 7, 2024), and I was curious if Boogie has had any contact with a parole/probation officer. Turns out the answer was fucking obvious, it's unsupervised probation. So he doesn't have to report to a parole/probation officer. This led me to look back at the court docs, where I saw these two items:

I'm looking forward to what the court will say come time for review. Remember that the court specifically ordered Boogie to "remain on good behavior", and laid out a number of conditions that Boogie has very clearly violated. Including, but not limited to:
  • Not committing a criminal offense punishable by imprisonment
  • Not drinking or possessing intoxicating/alcoholic beverages, or be present in places like bars that basically only exist to serve alcohol.
    • Boogie has filmed himself drinking multiple times, including in a bar (IIRC)
    • See above note about giving Dezi alcohol
  • Not selling, distributing, or possessing any controlled substances, or associating with people involved with said substances.
    • Again, see above notes about mushrooms and weed
    • Also, the shaman/medicine man would be "associating with people involved with said substances"
  • Not associating with people who have been convicted of felonies or are engaged in criminal activity
    • Again, see the shaman, who is a felon, and is distributing mushrooms.
  • Must be gainfully employed, pay his share of household expenses, etc.
    • I'm interested to see how the court interprets this. Boogie has been e-begging almost the entire time he's been on unsupervised probation.
    • He was also filmed, by Mike Clum, "attempting" to get a real job by bringing up rumors about himself being a pedo, wife beater, etc.
  • Remaining on good behavior, committing no further violations punishable by law
    • See the first point
    • This expands on the first point, expanding to "violations punishable by law". I'm sure there are dozens of points we could bring up here.
    • I'm leaving Dezi's potential grooming out of this, because the court would have to go to great lengths to prove that, which I doubt they will.
Personally, I'm interested to see if the Clum doc contains enough evidence of Boogie's misconduct to throw Boogie under the prison bus. It's got underage drinking, Boogie drinking, Boogie using mushrooms, Boogie associating with the felon shaman, Boogie maliciously complying when trying to get a job... Really hope the court finds that doc, I think it shows pretty clearly that Boogie has not demonstrated rehabilitation.
 
The thing I love most is that the video Boogie plagiarized is a video complaining about how stressful it is to make high-effort content on YouTube.

I'm of the belief that shitbird2988's video looked so bad because he wanted to make sure people could not see he was just reading captions from TW's video reflected in his Booger spectacles.

What do you think would happen if irrefutable evidence came out that Boogie lied about his childhood (for example his siblings and others speaking up) and him being forced to admit he exaggerated or outright lied? What do you think would happen to reputation (whats left of it) and sub count?

Didn't there used to be a guy who made "Boogie Exposed" videos and when he talked to Boogie he quit? Boogie most definitely pulls some guilt tripping and suicide baiting to anyone he talks to who has something he doesn't like
 
Here comes the Youtube exposure, that was sure quick! This video is from 'SmashJT', another self-admitted fan of Boogie's. You gotta love when his own fucking fans actually call him out on his shit, this guy doesn't seem as starstruck as the first to me.

I've been trying to archive this since last night, KF lets me upload the video as an attachment but I never get the insert option no matter how many times I reupload. Anyone know how to fix this shit?

Hoping for a smoking gun against Boogie's lies feels pretty pointless. What would back him into a corner to the point that he had to admit to something? His sister could drop a twitlonger today saying that Boogie has been lying about all the abuse claims and that he was the happiest, fattest little kid in the neighborhood, and he would use his much larger platform to obfuscate, distort the truth, blame his sister and admit to nothing. One of the only times where I can think of him "holding himself accountable" to a lie is the SWAT incident, and let's examine how that went down:

-Boogie claims he has been a SWAT victim multiple times in the previous year and claims it is by bad actors who are claiming he has a gun and is crazy in order to increase chances he is killed in the SWAT
-someone gets the audio and video of the visit via FOIA request, turns out he wasn't even home and the callers were concerned Boogie fans (because he has been suicide baiting his fans on social media)
-turns out the "SWAT" was a knock at the door welfare check and Chad answered the door
-turns out there was only one of these visits in the year Boogie claimed several
-Boogie doesn't just ignore overwhelming evidence (his usual approach to people attempting to catch him in the lie), he claims that the Fayetteville police had a secret (and illegal) agreement with him to remove visits to his house from the blotter because even they were fed up with how awful Boogie trolls were
-Someone contacts Fayetteville PD and asks if this sort of agreement with Boogie exists, they say no and that it is quite illegal to do so.
-EVEN WITH all this mounting evidence against Boogie, the only reason he decides not to triple down on this tangle of lies is because he sees a new way to weasel out of it.
-Boogie starts claiming that he did lie about his SWAT visits, that there was only one and that he moved the date because his haters are just soooooo crazy that he had to decided to mess with them or something like that? Because the true victim in all this is Boogie. He then forever ignores that he wasn't actually SWATed at gunpoint and that it was just a welfare check and that he wasn't even home.

See how exhausting it was to just get Boogie to relent one time on a lie, and even then not really? He lied and then somehow he is the victim in the end. This is why the average person that's browsed this thread just wants him to die.

I think the best thing that can happen in regard to catching Boogie in lies is when big youtubers champion irrefutable evidence. I know the pointlessness of it all, but if the guy who just got plagiarized won't stand by his finding, I hope a big youtuber covers it and it becomes another knock against Boogie's reputation on the platform.

Seriously, is he really just going to be let off the hook for this? If an IGN nobody can receive this much rightful criticism, why shouldn't this fat fuck with 4 million subscribers face any accountability?

Boogie is the talentless one and TW is spineless. I'm getting kinda MATI because if this happened once, then its most likely happened plenty of other times and he's probably just gotten away with it.

Boogie would do what Boogie does best and use another trauma to cover up his false trauma and use that to manipulate and flip it back on his audience.

I.e. "Guys, I'm here to address the accusations that I over exaggerated when it comes to my childhood trauma. As you guys know I was bullied relentlessly as a child for being overweight and having an addiction to junk food, right? And when you think about it, how can you compare trauma? It doesn't matter what trauma you go through. Any trauma is bad, right? Why should we put a scale on trauma when it's hard enough dealing with it?"
