This isn't nearly as bad as I thought it'd be but it is almost two hours of them talking around each other. Caleb only goes on the attack, yelling at Boogie for stupid decisions he's made in the past. Boogie gets defensive and tries to justify his actions so he doesn't get humiliated. This clearly isn't working but Caleb doesn't change his strategy at all to try and make Boogie understand. Honestly this was a huge waste of time for both of them because Boogie didn't learn anything he didn't already know, and Caleb didn't get through to him. It's an entertaining show to see them yelling back and forth but it's completely unproductive. Instead of focusing so much on shaming Boogie for his past he should've focused on what needs to be done in the future. He tries when talking about the food budget, but he already put Boogie on edge and anything he says is going to fall on deaf ears.

personally, I thought there was the slightest chance he might've been struck with some self awareness and started getting his shit together, but nah. He isn't even nose diving harder, or doubling down, he's just maintaining the trajectory into the dirt. Watching people piece together the nature of his relationship with his 'girlfriend' is a little harrowing, ngl. I can't imagine a worser hell.

Whats the real reason boogie doesnt want to stream again? I dont buy the whole "Im worried ill say stupid stuff" schtick when he has twitter and doesnt make any money with that. All he has to do is collect $15 donations from alogs telling him hes fat, watch a few videos, and play vidya and hell make a couple extra thousand dollars a month. If anything him fucking up will be good for him since it will bring more views to his channel.
 
It wasn’t too late for Boogie to invest in Crypto. It was too late for him to invest in Shitcoins. It’s always too late to invest in Shitcoins unless you know how to ride a pump-and-dump (like with Ripple, Lumen, Doge, and Shibe).

When Boogie insists it’s “literally impossible” for him to get a job, he should be asked why he can’t start up one of the many relatively low-effort online businesses available to people today, e.g. drop shipping, whatever. We know the answer is because he’s lazy and stupid, but I wish someone would acknowledge that being an employee isn’t the only way to make money. Make him acknowledge he will not make ANY effort to earn non-YouTube income.

Hell, he could even do easy gigs like mystery shopping, doing user testing via usertesting.com (literally go to a website and click on links and shit while recording your screen and commenting on what you hate or like about the site), etc.

The fact is that anyone can bring in at least an extra $1k a month by providing some service or goods. That’s not fuck-you money, but an extra $1k/month makes a meaningful difference in your life if you’re struggling. Not everyone has the luxury of time to plan and get organized for that because they’re too busy working around the clock. Boogie has nothing BUT time. But he won’t. I don’t think his ego will allow him to.

I also think he doesn’t realize how bad his financial situation is, even taking into account the hidden assets that we know about. He thinks the chickens will never come home to roost. Someone — or “the universe” — is going to swoop in and save him. This is called magical thinking. It’s also called being a fat worthless retard.

He didn’t refrain from moving to LA because he’s smart. He stayed put because he’s fucking lazy. Moving is a giant PITA even when you hire movers, and that’s for people who AREN’T massive hoarders of junk like he is. If he could have clicked his sausage snappers and been instantly transported to LA, he would have done it in an (enlarged) heartbeat.

EDIT: Not to mention while his dad was a coal miner his mom was a local beloved schoolteacher. Boogie always had the latest console, spent hours in arcades, and ate his way to massive obesity; he didn't grow up destitute with zero chances to succeed.

This is exactly why I don't believe him when he says he was abused by his parents. Its just another lie among many. His siblings turned out well and his parents were likely loving, boogie is just a raging narcissist who will say anything and lie about everything to get pity points on the internet. As a parent, I feel really bad for his having to accept one of their children is beyond help and spreading lies about you. I guess they are dead now, but still. I really wish someone would track down his siblings and get them to talk about Boogie and all the shit he's said about them over the years.
 
I looked up prices for miniature poodles and $5k is the high end. I also don't know why getting it in store mattered unless that's a mark-up.

The standard poodle I own wasn't even $1000 from a breeder I got connected to.

Standards are objectively better than miniatures because they're normal-sized and all-around great dogs and Null is being a silly-billy for not realizing the show cut is completely optional.

Boogie got a shittier, more expensive version of this breed of dog for reasons I can't even imagine.

I was thinking about what another poster said about Boogie simultanously acknowledging he is at fault but also refusing to do anything about it, and I realised Boogie is like one of those "philosophical zombies" breaking through into reality.
If you don't know, the basic idea is some gay thought experiment along the lines of What if there were humans who act exactly like concious people (they physically react and talk like one) but have no conciousness or real internal experience?

Seems far-fetched and unrealistic, right? But isn't Boogie acting just like one of these "zombies" whose behaviour is stretching the limits of believability, whose lack of conciousness is finally becoming visible in his actions?

He says he knows all this stuff is wrong, that he acknowledges his fault, that he accepts culpability only because he knows that's what he is expected to say. The regular thought processes that you would expect to underly an admission of guilt (for example) in anybody you know is obviously absent in Boogie, who just keeps doing the exact same thing he was doing before.

So it's like he's not even conscious; talking to Boogie is just talking to a brick wall (thick wall?) that learned to talk back through twitter. It just retains its own momentum regardless, which in Boogie's case is very great because he is very heavy.
 
There were so many blatant lies in that struggle-free session that this one seems to have not made it onto the radar, but it’s a big one: Boogie claims that Northwest Arkansas is a very expensive place to live because Walmart has its HQ there.

This is undiluted horse shit.

Fact is, the cost of housing is about 22.8 points below average and the cost of living is superb value for money.

Many people have moved to NWA since the pandemic precisely because the cost of having a very high quality of life is insanely low compared to anywhere else in the country that isn’t a literal backwoods swamp. Boogie pretending he’s in financial straits because NWA is the Atherton of the south is just another lie.

It happens, those are the YouTubers that quit due to personal issues and actually manage to stay gone once they realize that the Internet is a major cause of their issues. We don't get to see it.

Cutting off Boogie from the Internet would be step number one to fix his issues but he would need a drill sargeant beating him with a belt 24/7 to achieve it.

If the guy is so lazy and stupid that he can't even bring himself to apply to more than a handful of jobs on Linkedin, there's no way that he is going to be able to start a new business in a different field. I think Caleb started to give up on Boogie when the guy claimed that "professionals" told him not to bother trying to get a job.
