I know it's been mentioned, but there's probably a morbid sense of joy from him, assuming it's true. His entire life has been a constant pity party and this is just more fuel for the fire.

My thoughts exactly; that line is so fucking telling. Boogie is always looking for a new (usually fake) diagnosis to not take responsibility for his own words and actions and when he immediately does the same with cancer well… it’s no wonder people are questioning it.
Bi(g) polar, being raped, being stabbed, autism, dissociating, having 3 black girlfriends, being SWATTED, being broke, being bisexual and DID all ended up being lies for attention and to excuse bad behaviour.
You can’t blame people for recognizing a pattern.
This is exactly the issue and Boogie will never acknowledge it. If anyone at my job said they had cancer I’d immediately believe them, but Boogie has been caught publicly in so many lies (the swattings and car crash are two big ones he can’t deny) that it’s actually very reasonable for people to ask for proof, especially when he’s already admitted he’ll do anything for views and money (I believe his example was getting railed for days by a football team or some shit, which is pretty weird now that I think about it from someone who claims his dad raped him) so why wouldn’t people assume he’d lie or exaggerate a health scare?
Even if someone isn’t a chronic liar the timing would be weird and they’d probably acknowledge it as such.

So yes, Boogie, in your own words you cannot be trusted to do anything without people suspecting the underlying reason is views and attention.

Something else will get him first, probably. Putting someone with PCV on omeprazole, ticagrelor or warfarin, diphenhydramine or cetirizine, and they get prophylactic phlebotomy, they can live for decades. If you combine the above with Ruxolitinib (assuming it is the most common type that is JAK-2 mutation positive) or Ropeg/Interferon alfa-2b, it is also certain something else will get him first.
However, if he doesn't take his meds, or get the prophylactic phlebotomy, given his prior medical history, I would give him less than a year.
Cognitive impairment, if he doesn't take his meds, or do his treatment, is common, so there is a fairly good chance of retarded shenanigans, even relative to his usual behavior.
He also needs to realize that taking exogenous testosterone can cause iatrogenic secondary PCV. If so, he just has to stop taking the testosterone, and it won't be a problem any longer.

One thing about this manipulative fat fuck is that he knows how to quickly turn nasty and weaponize his maladies. This whole arc is starting to be very reminiscent of his "I'm suicidal" arc. It's confirmed that Kaya at the very least reads the farms, he probably posts too. Also boogie likes charlie but hates the podcast, because he also knows kaya is on this site. Considering he wasted his motivation away on self pity over Alogs and remained the fat fuck he is, it wouldn't even come close to surprising that he would develop any form of cancer. Humans were never designed to handle all that body weight in the first place. Eventually the body just gives in to all that health effects because whatever helps the body becomes constrained and impacted.
