I love his evidence is "Look at what the police put on my arrest record" - The police, do not, and I repeat, do not, actually give a shit about what height some random morbidly obese 400lb man is with no criminal record. They are not going to go and try to measure them accurately at all. The only times police actually care about height is with known criminals so they can try and get an accurate picture of them in case they need to hunt them again, or someone who is VERY different in height.

I get the feeling the arrest record info is all just what was in the database for his license, which is why it has an old fatter picture of him. So the height/weight is just self-report at the DMV. He was a hamplanet whose whole shtick was being a hamplanet, so he didnt care to put down a likely somewhat accurate 450lbs. But his shtick wasnt being a short hamplanet.

My guess is some really cheap black paint is dusting away and smeared onto his arms as he brushed up against it. If those are original arcade cabinets behind him with the factory paint, that's your most likely culprit. Paint like that is not intended to hold fast for decades.
