No he didn't, he said he was visiting friends and only seriously set his sights on you when you had a meltdown over his Twiiter post. Even if he was only there for that, he claims otherwise and the justice system you apparently love so much says innocent until proven guilty, even for people you dislike.

Boogie also claims it was the prosecutors who didn't want to go to trial because they would've lost. If you were going to win why wouldn't you take it to trial? Because you know you would've lost.
Kind of minor but Boogie says it was Frank's fans who warned him about Frank and that's how they first came into contact. On the Floor 26 podcast Frank admits it was him pretending to be his own fans to warn Boogie about Frank and bait him into engaging. Just thought was funny how Frank had full control of the situation even from the outset.

I’m way behind y’all but I finally had time to listen to the video. He spent most of it directing his topics at KiwiFarms and Frank, and the rest just E-begging. If you were a fan, you would wonder why you bothered giving him 18 minutes of your time.

Correct me if I'm wrong, I only watch the PKA clips YT recommends that I find interesting, but when they talked about it they were all very sympathetic to Boogie and whining about how Frank is a big, dumb meanie. Did this change? I'd love for them to grill him but I don't think they would. Like most talking heads on the internet, they're terrified to death of someone ringing their doorbells.

Exactly, he keeps saying he's running a business, but businesses typically turn a profit.

A business manages finances so there's a return in the services provided. For Boogie it's all expense. His $9 profit from selling 10 shirts isn't going to mean much.

On a serious note, I really think his liver may be failing. His delusions, bizarre behaviour, and lack of memory are signs that toxins aren't being filtered. It's similar to an alcoholic with end stage cirrhosis.

Who knows what his diet and his dependency on benzos are doing to him. His legal troubles have ended, but his health is entering the end game.
 
Caught up and have a few thoughts. Firstly Boogie is overestimating how much people will care about the situation, and this idea that the Hassle footage tshirt will create some viral marketing by making people attack him is just absurd. Secondly he is absofuckinglutely seething about Frank still, like god damn. Thirdly I can't wait until the money that comes in is less than he expected and then he realises the short bump in views etc is gone, because I think he's been planning (or at least hoping) to turn this into the moment he turns it all around.

Last of all, suck shit Winkleham. Biggest silver lining, if you want to look at it this way, about it not going to trial or anything is that you in particular must be fucking seething.
