Give it time. He still a morbidly obese, diabetic, weak-willed manchild with shot cardiovascular and lymphatic systems that has been to the ER for extreme dehydration. That last one should make you happy because it impies that most of fhe weight he's lost from the surgery is water; which will in turn make the two issues before it more likely to fail.

The holidays are coming. There's no way he's making it through Thanksgiving and Christmas without engorging and tearing that stomach open.
