I think Felon2988 is too dumb to shut the fuck up and let a lawyer do the talking in a formal interview, I suspect that he just told the cops everything on his own without a recording, if they even bothered talking to him.
Not much reason to interview him as a suspect with the video all over YT.
It’s still a pending case so noting would be made public until after it was resolved anyways. Chances are he gave his statement when they came to his home after the neighbors called the police (according to Boogie). Most likely it’s all going to be on a body camera. Same as when he pretended he was going to take his own life for attention and a fan called 911.

I agree that the obese swine cannot shut up and feels compelled to control the narrative in any way possible. His lawyer is some combination of dense, irresponsible, and uncaring. A responsible lawyer, knowing that his client has a heavy addition to social media, would most likely set some rules and want to review everything prior to allowing Boogie to post it. If he was overly concerned with what Boogie was posting, he would request to commandeer Boogie's Twitter account and give it back to him after the trial is finished.
At the end of the day, the lawyer is going to continue taking more and more money from Boogie. I wonder if Boogie keeps track of how much he's been paying him.

Here is a good indicator that Boogie is a turgid, empty person. All of these events in his life which should have acted as a catalyst for positive, lasting change have resulted in basically nothing having him repeat the same mistakes over and over again. That seems to be a characteristic that most cows share.
