Boneless Wings VS Bone-In Wings - The “great” debate

Boneless wings are just chicken nuggets.
If you go to a restaurant and order only drums or flats when you get wings I'll find you and slap your shit. Wing joints pre-portion their wings so when you order all of one kind they have to go through multiple bags to get the ones you want and it's a fucking pain.
 
Both, but I generally go with bone-in. If I wanna go ham and dunk my wings in a kind of sauce, i'd go boneless.
 
Boneless wings are easier to eat, Bone-in wings taste better. Case closed.

Boneless wings are usually just chicken breast, and the problem is they come out really dry when fried. They're nice cuz you can eat them with a knife and fork, meaning your hands won't get dirty. But if you want the better tasting wings, you need to go bone-in.
 
Bone in are of course superior in all aspects. The only advantage of boneless (which are really just nuggies tbh) wings is that theyre a bit less messy and can be eaten with a fork. This could be advantageous if at a business lunch or on a first date, but in those situations I would say maybe just get something other than fucking chicken wings.

I'm not exceptional enough to actually say it out loud and make a deal of it, but if me and a group of friends meet at a bar to watch a game and someone orders some boneless "wings", in my head I'm going to be thinking "what a faggot".

Not particular to either, bone in is the vast majority of my wing eating experience. Honey garlic's my god tier dressing. 50 in one sitting is my all time record. I wasn't doing anything in a hurry after that.

IMHO though anyone who complains about having to eat meat with some bones in, should order themselves a crate of soylent and noose.
 
Drumsticks, because wings are overpriced garbage for what they are. Get your dark meat from the actual source.
 
Boneless is for the keeds and the fatties who might choke on a bone during their hippopotamus styled feeding frenzy.
 
Bone-in. Not even a contest. If I want chicken fingers or whatever I'll get chicken fingers.

The REAL question is, what do you dip them in?
 
So many places serve shitty wings. They need to be fried. Crispy on the outside, moist & succulent on the inside.

Few things are more disheartening than receiving an order of wings that are all gummy and have flaccid skin sloughing off

There was a restaurant near me that smoked their wings(bone-in), then fried them. They were awesome, the smoking rendered down all the fat through the meat, and the bit of frying crisped up the skin just right. Mmmmm.


Then they went out of business.

There is no justifiable reason to eat boned chicken when you can get boneless. You're just making more work for yourself. I mean seriously, are you r-etarded? You could just each the chicken meat (the part that matters) by itself, or you can sit and pick away at it, trying to get each individual strand off the bone.

The bone is an inconvenience.
