Just cleared insane Geburah with 2 teams (only had UE50 Satsuki assists so there was a lot of critmalding). Insane clear is guaranteed plat in NA so here I come with the back to back.
 
I have no idea if I should pull anything from the current banners, or just save for the Fest. From some cursory reading:

Band Kazusa: can be kept at 3-star and still be an useful buffer.
Band Yoshimi: supposed to be invested in heavily and serve as one of the best DPS options for Set (her EX skill is a self-buff, bypassing Set's EX skill damage reduction gimmick.)

(Those two are limited, as in they can't appear outside this specific banner. Meanwhile there's a tiny chance, when pulling for almost anything, that Kikyou or Band Natsu "spooks" you.)

I think she's worth grinding, if you have a band yosh that you can borrow those two can carry you far enough in set

That setup is there purely if you wanna specifically do well in Set. Optimally you want to have all ASS club band alts for Set as they all work very well together but I don't really give a shit about FRRs in general so I can't speak with much authority about it.

In any case, compared to her bandmates Band Airi has more of a broad application due to her Crit Res shred being tied to her sub skill, meaning it has little to no conflict with other Crit Res shred skills, so it's easily stackable if your strategy is based around crit malding. That's what makes her more valuable than most auto-attackers. At the end of the day, you're not making a mistake whether you invest in her or not, at least in my opinion. She's far from terrible, in fact she's quite decent, but she's also far from being meta-breaking.

Fun event, the gang is peak cute girls doing cute things but with enough personality to make it more endearing. Makes me want to finish the backlog of past events finally. Also I prefer the rock costumes way more than the default, especially Airi who's usual portrait is way too busy.
 
first and foremost, emptied my pyro reserves to have a shot at getting natsu (did it, and on top of it i got swimsuit fubuki + pajama noa), and all i have to say is

secondly, this is another joint drill that fucking sucks, nevertheless kikyou + hifumi (and preferrably seia) steamrolls stage 4, and normal hina + momoi steamrolls stage 3, saya and chise are two good backup options as far as i've had seen

Quite the contrary, I think this is one of the easier JFDs, you can literally get by with level 1 units, granted the units that do well in this JFD aren't ones you'd typically roll for but like they're not limited either so maybe a few of them have spooked you in the past

Yup this JFD is as piss easy as the earlier one, it's all about high hitcount units, particularly if their EX does a lot of hits. The gimmick where enemies only take 1HP has been around for a while, I think one of the Ark of Atrahasis challenges are like this as well. You can literally get away with just a level 1 Renge, a developed tank and a developed healer. Sometimes even a healer isn't needed if your tank is yoked enough or you're using someone who can self-sustain like Eimi. I'm not fucking joking.

Anyone who can speed up cost recovery is also a big help. I know for a fact that Kikyou and Rei can also completely clear a full health mob but since their AoE is a cross/circle rather than a cone like Renge's I recommend you either bring a tank that can self reposition or to bring someone who can reposition your tank. You make your tank surrounded then boom, drop Rei's or Kikyou's EX on them. I don't have them so I can't say for sure, but if anyone has Dress Saori, Ichika or Kasumi, I think they can also destroy an entire mob all the way from full HP.
