what's the second oldest character (and are they a support character)

They aren't. Of the four hags, Shun's birthday is the earliest on February 5th.
Kayoko 's birthday is next on March 17th.
Makoto is two days later, on the 19th.

I'm looking forward to the release of the FOX squad, since in the PV video where everything is all wrong In subtle ways, and things are seemingly being changed, Malkuth shows up again at the end. What is she looking for? Does she try to resurrect her little sisters, is that what's causing everything to be all weird? Only time will tell I suppose.

The other thing I'm interested about the PV video is that there are two things that really do shout as things that catch to my eye and they are funny enough the two most obvious ones.
