There's a meaning to it, a schizo meaning but still a meaning. I agree with some of the things Haloperidol brought up prior. Particular reccuring things are either people or concepts. It's like someone took a dictionary and scrambled it and now Blake means Toast. I haven't a clue what the cabinet door thing relates to though. He certainly uses it a lot.
