Nitrous isn't even good on its own imo.
Also it's not very dangerous unless have impure automotive grade nitrous with lubricants and anti knock additives
Or act retarded with it like breathing in and out of the same balloon, putting a bag of it around your head or doing it constantly to the point you have a dangerous vitamin deficiency.
But the most common injury is frost bite in the mouth from sucking on the nozzle directly instead of letting the gas expand in a balloon.
