I found Saharan man worked for me for black people. The Asian one I didn't even need to describe. The as soon as I mentioned man with chopsticks it just winked at me and generated an Asian man eating a puppy.
If a key word is blocked it says blocked prompt. The way I think the harmful content dog works is it generates the image, then gets an AI to look at the image and generate a description, then checks the description for blocked words. Sometimes if you type a risky prompt and keep generating it will occasionally let one or two tame ones through

Sometimes your prompts leak into image you create and you can see that Bing itself must have inserted "ETHNICALLY AMBIGUOUS" into possibly ALL images by default because it is leaking into several images with slightly different prompts like so:


This explains why "afro man" prompts look kinda black kinda indian if "ethnically ambiguous" is baked right in.
