I mean, Null's partially right. Sex appeal only takes a character so far. There has to be an actual personality to them beyond BOOBA and THIGHS. Many of Overwatch's characters lack this because Overwatch is not a story based game and not everyone's going to take the time to find the animated shorts that give you the slightest glimpse into what their characters could be.

Conan Exiles also allows it. You have to jump through hoops to enable it on PC because consoles and negligent parents letting their kids play. Once you enable the nudity, you can look at 4K penises until your mom walks in.
