that's just Vergil's jawline doing wonders for NeroNero went from looking like an anime twink to a guy with an actual backbone.
The remaster just looks more fake when compared to the simple happiness of the original, hard pass. The Windows XP default background called "Bliss."

Fun fact: that's an actual untouched photo. MS bought the rights to use it.
MS "remastered" it for Microsoft Teams,

As a non-carphile, how can you tell if a car design is good or bad?Honda CR-V.

Again, not a fan of boxy cars.

Massive improvement on aesthetics alone. Wheels and body.
Generally, if a car body looks boxy. Or bulky, then "sinks" at the end.As a non-carphile, how can you tell if a car design is good or bad?
Gives me major Transformers Prime vibes as someone who watched both it and the original He-Man, the Skeletor redesign is just packed with personality... yes, I like Overlord and Ainz is a great character, skeletons are top tier.CGI Skeletor’s design has honestly grown on me. Especially now that the show’s actually come out.Ver archivo adjunto 2544979
Certainly helps that in the show he’s actually pretty entertaining and funny, which makes a nice contrast to his much bigger and muscular look.
Gives me some nice Skullmageddon vibes.
the exia's aren't redesign, just variations, at least post the MG or RG illustration and compare with the original anime lineart or something. The RX78-2

The Ver. KA is awesome but not lore accurate. It takes design philosophy from the Unicorn and implements a full psychoframe instead of just having a psychoframe cockpit.
The Exia was redesigned several times in universe.
...and I should care because?
While the deathclaw's design in the older fallout games is by no means bad, and the redesign is nowhere near as drastic as some of the other examples shown here, I adore the newer design. I love how they've made it so much beefier than the previous iterations, it makes it look like the apex predator its supposed to be. They also tweaked some of its animations, making it look much more animalistic and feral when it walks. I also like the little additions like how it has thick, crocodile-like scales, larger horns that also make its skull look larger, a cluster of spikes on the back, and a thicker and spikier tail. The original looks almost diseased and anorexic when compared to the newer model, and while I understand that it's malnourished appearence was probably meant to reflect how bad the wasteland is, and I wouldn't be surprised if many people actually prefer the older design, I still feel like the more muscular model better shows how this is meant to be a powerful predator and bioweapon.
When I see that early 2000s Apple computer I think of Zoolander.
