I fucking love "Santa Claus is coming to Town"
It's well written and surprisingly deep. I still watch it every Christmas and love even more than I did as a kid. No shame.

Like @Funnybone said above, I have always had a soft-spot for Santa Claus is Going to Town. Of all the Rankin-Bass specials I had on tape as a kid, I watched that one the most. Good stuff.

My favorite has to be the Muppet Christmas Carol.
A lot of people have criticized Michael Caine's Scrooge, but I think the rest of the movie is what really makes it shine. Especially the narration by Gonzo and Rizzo.
EDIT: Also, if you haven't seen Blackadder's Christmas Carol yet, you absolutely need to.
