So now that we've discussed what candies people mostly hate, I think it's time for a thread on the best Halloween candy.
 
Probably not in the majority, but I freaking loved Chick-O-Sticks.

Charleston Chews and Laffy Taffys were also nice.
 
Anything that was chocolate.

Everything else I got would be traded with my brother for more chocolate.
 
Resee's cups are top tier shit. Especially the Halloween pumpkins, those are even better than the regular cups.

Those are some of my favorite sour candies. I'm giving those all out to the kiddos this year. Or at least I hope I will becasue I've had a hard time not eating all the candy I bought.
 
Everything chocolate as long as it doesn't have fruit in it, although I can't recall that ever being a problem. For non chocolate I also love Skittles, Lifesavers (hard and chewy), and Nerds. Not necessarily one of the bests, but for me the best alternative to Smarties was a candy that used to exist called Dem Bones. They had a better flavor, were harder and less chalky, and you could arrange them into skeletons.
