I'll be a lil different here and say the Children of Atom. One their God is real. Two over time they apparently gain immunity to radiation and can live/thrive in places once uninhabitable. Atom brings all together and gives them new purpose from the Enclave to the Brotherhood of Steel. I hope they use these guys again and you can become a full blown zealot.

Fallout 1, 2 and Tactics', Brotherhood of Steel were pretty good. I had a soft spot for OG NCR as well.
The best though? Harrison Ford's brother in Junktown. Getting to Junktown was cathartic, as was blowing away that fat fuck behind the desk.
