It is absolutely criminal that you have completely neglected the dumb comedy golden year of 2004.

To be honest, I was a bit lazy thinking of my responses, I just wanted to see what other people had. I do love all of the movies I listed, but I would probably have a different top 5 if I were to actually think about it.

The whole movie is such a gem. Bit of a throwback to the Mel Brooks era where everything was fair game.

I love his 50 First Dates film.

Walk Hard (the Dewey Cox Story) is one that gets overlooked a lot. It does reference a ton of musical biopics/documentaries, so you may miss a few things if you're totally unfamiliar with them, but there's still plenty of hilarity.

I can't believe I forgot to mention this one, so I will now.

The original British version of Death At A Funeral from 2007 was one of the funniest comedy films I saw from the 2000's that stayed with me.

Especially moments like this:

It's a shame Bowfinger came out in 1999 because I would have included that too for best early comedies.

I really loved Freddy got fingered (unironically, made me laugh tons), Road Trip, and Aqua Teen Hunger Force Movie For Theaters. They all feel quintessential 2000s, while still actually being funny.

I don't know about now, but I liked the Freddy Got Fingered movie when it came out. I also rewatched a bunch of his old MTV clips from his show and honestly they were still funny.

Four Lions is one of the funniest movies I've ever seen and I'm surprised the British were even allowed to make it.

Eurotrip is a endlessly quotable classic and one of the best 2000s style sex comedies.
