The more I look at this, the more it shows that Ben's regular art outside of his fetish art hasn't improved in the last few decades. I'm not even an artist and I can already spot the flaws. The bean shaped head looks disjointed (the facial features really don't add up), the left hand looks like its got a tumor, the left shoe is missing its heel, and the colors on what he's doing for this piece make it look like discounted Ed edd n eddy.

It's illegal in every state due to the way obscenity laws work. Supreme court uses the miller test, which is literally "I'll know it when I see it." This is a terrible way for law to work, but at the same time - what do you think would happen if you asked a jury of people to look at drawn images of nude little kids? I'm sure you can guess.

The difference is that you will never get a DA willing to press charges over obscenity unless they're stacking charges against some faggot for something else they did. The only recent exception I can think of is some guy in Florida in the late 2000s who made scat porn.
