A propaganda network can only be effective if people are actually watching which in turn generates revenue. If your network has no viewers and thus makes no money, you have failed to both propagate your message and make a profit. It’s just a loss on both a financial and political level to maintain a dying network like DW so why aren’t Ben’s sponsors cutting him loose?
