There's a feature on YouTube and Google that allows you to sort your search results by date. For example, if you're looking for Minecraft videos and add "before:2010" it will give you all videos that were uploaded before 2010, the same goes with websites on Google.
This feature is extremely useful too. I've used this feature to find old programming tutorial videos since the newer ones are fucking garbage. It's sad not many know about this, even me, I only found out about this because of a post on 4chan

You can find some obscure shit with it. I found an 2008 video of some Japanese guy playing on his Nintendo DS with less than 400 views

Everyone props up their own beliefs, intentionally or not.

This specifically is when gay mariagge was being legalised, so it had a big propaganda push on the public mind on that topic.
