I can understand wanting "useless bullshit" as a means of coping in the situation that they are in. Poverty breeds a lot of pretty terrible things. I know that oftentimes there is an unspoken rule of how you couldn't save money because that's supposed to be for others who need it. HOWEVER, it's supposed to be actual mutual aid rather than just grubby hands being held out. It usually IS too, but it doesn't get talked about because it's like saying "Oh, this guy good morning to me". Not exactly news. Oh. WOW I can’t even fathom spending that amount of money so quickly. I would absolutely be seeking help from PROS with that kind of money.
