What an entitled cow on an ego trip she is on now. Mental health, weight loss, making interesting videos that people want to watch and doing things that make you happy are not mutually exclusive. Actually, losing weight and being healthier, and being praised for doing interesting videos that people will watch, would do wonders for her mental health. Instead, she is giving herself a "poor me" party. She wants to sit down, relax, play some 90's video games, and doodle like an unsociable 6-year-old and expecting that her mental issues will be cured all by themselves.

She does not care about making interesting videos. All she cares about is making easy money with no effort like her previous owner.

She isn't going to see a therapist or get her meds re-filled, she's going to sit on rocks in her sister's back yard as an act of self care all day every day and call that "working on her mental health." Acts of self-care are totally valid. A normal person engages in an act of self care by indulging in something they enjoy or something that calms them, and when it's done they return to their life of responsibility and accountability. Self care is a healthy occasional departure from discipline, but what about people with no discipline?

Becky "growing" and "living her best life" is what people subbed for, but Becky refuses to leave her comfort zone and her entire life is one act of "self care" after the other, rather than any measurable pursuit of personal improvement.

She's a self-impressed grifter and she's still dependant on Amber, so she can't really give out details if she doesn't want to sour the relationship with her.
I truly believe that either her pathology or her relatively low intellect don't allow her to fully master the theory of mind and she believes that because her whole personality is being a consumer of 90's consumer products and pop-culture, this applies to everyone else.
