Yeah, I mentioned it on a thread on Poast:

Hitler and the Nazis happened literally over a thousand years in the past for that setting. You know how some people these days are called Atilla? Or Hannibal? Yeah, back in their days these names were reviled, but time has recycled them. Way, waaay worse things have happened since. From what the Terran Alliance did during the age of colonization, to the Star League reunification wars, to the Amaris Civil War, to four fucking Succession Wars, to a religious nuclear tantrum, each one of those far more liable to leave a leave a fresh mark on human psyche than a single conflict on Earth a thousand years ago that most people wouldn't even know about.

BT is one of the few settings out there where you could unironically have a Sino-Scottish dude called Hitler Stalin McBeth going around. It's sad that seems to be going away.
 
And let's not forget the Kentares Massacre where nearly an entire planet got wiped out. Or in the fucking JIHAD where several planets were gassed, nuked or in other ways wiped from the maps. But hey calling a phase of Battletech JIHAD is fine (for now I bet at one point some deranged SJW will claim it's Islamophobic)

They gonna get rid of the AC/20 on wheels known as the Hetzer, too? Like, Christ, the Rommel's lore even directly mentions its a counterpart to the Patton, almost like those guys were the two greatest armor commanders of WW2 or something. These guys can go eat a bag of dicks, unless they think that Inner Sphere military academies have completely erased WW2 from the curriculum, never mind that WW2 would be taught at literally every academy worth its salt as both Armored Warfare 101 and Logistics 101.
 
Why not call it the Rotten as like a Clan thing or for Sea Fox chucklefucks thinking they should pay back the Mad Cat in a petty way
 
That is pretty cool. Too bad I'm just finishing up a road trip down into the States and don't want to spend to much cash before I get back to work next Sunday
 
FYI the Eris is a part of the cancer charity for the Iron Wind Metals founder's wife so if you want to support them you can either donate directly or get the Eris. Eris also comes with a Hammerhead torso.

just FYI, on the right side you can adjust where the money goes, so you can buy it and give zero dollars to CGL (and preferably set the minimum for humble as well, since those fags changed it at some point you HAVE to pay them a cut, even if the whole page is absolute web 2.0 mobileshit ass). also might wanna check to which charity the money goes, sometimes you can choose different one.

also that URL, wtf. better remove all the referrers etc next time.
