I think it depends on the girl. Some girls look like shit at 18 and develop a sense of style later on in life at around 20 that makes them look way better. In general, I'd say the younger girl is more likely to be better than a 38 year old, but if the 38 year old we are talking about is Rebecca Ferguson for example, well then obviously the MILF wins.

To answer OPs question, it depends on how old you the guy are.
If I'm a 19-21 year old college student, I'm going to go for the 19 year old girl any day of the week. If I'm a 35-40 year old divorced dad I'm going for the MILF every time (except to make my ex jealous that I can plow someone younger and hotter than her).

The older I get the more attracted I am to 30-40 year olds. I liked milf's even when I was a teen.
