I got a couple negative ratings because I got some forgettable character from FLCL's info wrong, so i'm in full support of this measure.

CAG gets himself drunk banned every couple hours or so, perma-banning him really won't make that much of a difference. Plus he's gonna die of alcohol poisoning soon since weebs can't hold their liquor.
