I initially thought they got the Disney World 2020 tattoo and then put the cancelled thing on top of it later. But on closer inspection it's all one piece? Why would someone permanently get that tatooed on them.

It's sad too, that one Stalking Cat guy who had all those face tats and modifications to look like a tiger probably got severe body dysphoria and regretted what he did to himself and ended up an heroing himself. That's gotta suck getting all those face tats and ending up regretting it so badly that they commit suicide, like the incels that try to become women and are like "oh god why did I do this!?!" chk chk... boom!

You really need to spend more time in art circles. They don't blink at shit like this...
Many tattoo artists are the ultimate 'your body your choice' types and if someone wants crazy ink they arent going to stop em, I actually admire the freedom to be stupid stance they take.

Have seen a video of a girl getting an asshole tattoo. That's the position she was in.
Hands down the most autistic tattoo I have ever seen. If it was done well it'd circle back around to ironically funny to me and not just sad.
