They're removing the bottom ribs these days, usually in shitty surgeon's places in even shittier countries.
Ethel Granger never had ribs removed and she got down to a thirteen inch waist. it takes years to do- the organs do get displaced. But removing ribs removes their protection, so it's a dangerous surgery. (the diaphragm relies on those lower ribs to function properly, the kidneys and liver are covered by them, etc)
Simply waist training for years will give the same effect, with less serious health effects. It'll still fuck you up, just not as badly.
Honestly, I'm skeptical about the rib removal.
I mean...you can clearly see the bottom of her ribcage. And what kind of doctor would remove six?
It's a combination of
1) big titties making her ribs look more prominent
2) corsetry, and notice how her waist is smaller in her corset than in her underwear
3) sucking in her stomach a lot. I couldn't get them to look like that, but if I suck in my stomach really really hard, I can have some prominent ribs with a little bone definition. She's skinnier than me, so her having them that defined makes sense.

This chick did almost everything just to get five seconds of attention. Her biggest achievments so far is rage-quitting university twice and being featured in some garbage tv shows. To no surprise to more than three people, she has as much personality as a stale piece of toast and got forgotten by the public within the next ad break. So all the surgeries (several breast augmentations, some nose jobs and removing the lower ribs) are totally not another cry for attention!
And yes, she released some shitty ... eh... "songs" as well.
