In her newest video Lael Hansen says she thinks the reason Hollywood men look so weird & feminine after plastic surgery is that these surgeons have no idea how to work on men's faces. This is probably true because Hollywood men are late to the plastic surgery game and surgeons had decades to study women's faces.

Zac Effron's surgeon tried to make his face more masculine but the large jaw implants make his face look bloated.
This was always the rational for male celebrities not getting nose jobs because it can easily go sour, and I’m not just talking about a Michael Jackson-level whittling.
Noses on men are one of those decidedly masculine features; attempting to streamline it into a Malibu Ken Bob always looks weird and feminized. Whatever the fuck Efron has done to his face over the last decade is reason #1 pretty boys shouldn’t mess with their faces. He already looks like a post-op Bruce Jenner and I’m not sure he’s even 40 yet.

I mean, male celebrities have certainly have had their jowls and such cleaned up for ages, but plastic surgery on men are usually more of the subtle kind which everyone should stick to. It's only recently that a lot of them seems to have opted for the extreme facelifts, implants, nosejobs and shit.

I don't know if his look is a side effect of that or if it's intentional cosmetic work he had done later or at the same time. Kind of like how Li'l Kim is unrecognisable from how she used to look, but partly that's because her then boyfriend beat the shit out of her and she had to get reconstructive surgery, possibly as well as a load of cosmetic surgery.

An actor changing their face through elective surgery could cause financial loss if nobody watches whatever slop they are producing. So I think its a way to cover their ass legally somehow that they lie.

There was a really good video by a woman covering all his surgeries and even brought up that the jaw and facial changes started to happen before the claim of breaking his jaw. Also that his results didn't fit reconstruction surgery results. I cannot find it now, I originally found it on the other farms iirc. But basically even if the break were true, the changes started prior but it's highly probable the story is a complete lie to hide the extreme jaw change.
Also rumours are he's currently a yacht boy so he's probably botching to keep up with their freakish sex doll desires
In regards to Mr Efron, while I have never seen a high school musical, wasn't he ripped right from the first one in an unrealistic manner? These cunts were doing steroids and look maxing before it was even a thing. So of course they continued doing that shit and getting work done as their appearance always had an element of cheating.
All of the men featured as botched got PUMPED, look at the facial volume and cheeks especially. Men don't generally have apple cheeks, even men with big cheeks the cheek tends to extend laterally, women who have this feature tend to look masculine.
most of these guys have the kind of good bone structure that ages well anyway. They should just have gone the silver fox route. It’s crazy that they are getting such extreme stuff done. They look awful.
I think that’s why it’s so weird - these are good looking people who do t need any kind of surgery. Like Madonna - she was possessed of good bone structure and would have looked alright. Now she looks like some kind of weird waxwork.

It's usually the case that women who were beautiful in their youth have a harder time ageing, since they identify with their looks, and although it's possible to look beautiful and elegant at any age, they fixate on what they feel they have lost. It can't help that acting often has a short career span and they feel by looking "younger" they will get more work. Perhaps the same has started to happen to men in Hollywood.
I might be late on this, just learned about bubble face that was happening in china. All in the effort of looking younger.
Saw this that showcased videos of the people who were injecting growth factors into their face marketed as a anti aging serum.
As a side effect their face never stops growing because the injection produces natural proteins and tissue. Even if they try to surgically remove it, it could just inflame the growth to produce even more tissue. Leaving them with bubble faces. eek.
Found another photo of the woman I posted earlier, this time with just her lip filler procedure that took place before her chin augmentation. I'm now confident in saying that the chin filler bogged her - her new lips actually suited her face shape beautifully, and it's actually one of the most impressive lip filler results I've seen in terms of how natural it looks. She looks really well on the right and should have stopped there. I do prefer her mascara on the left though, the almond shape on the right detracts from her softness I think.
No matter how good it looks right after it is done, it will always end up bogged over time.
You are not actually increasing the size of your lips. You are pumping them full of goo. Your lips' genetic code and bioelectric field still want to follow their original shape, but now they are being stretched and distorted by the goo. Every time a cell dies, a new one takes its place expecting to be in a certain position under specific conditions. Instead, it is forced into a different spot under unnatural pressure from the filler. Because the body is a complex system with multiple fail-safes, it will try to compensate, pushing back against the foreign material and the extra pressure.
This applies to every invasive cosmetic procedure. Every cell in your body is eventually replaced, whether in days, weeks, or years, depending on the cell type. These new cells will try to follow their original genetic and bioelectric blueprint. This creates a conflict with the new artificial shape and eventually leads to deformation.
Unless you manage to permanently change that bioelectric field that tells the cells what shape to take, every plastic surgery procedure will eventually turn out bogged.

Oh wow, high school musical really was long ago, I forgot how old he was. Could have been false rumours or ones I heard longer ago, I heard it in context of him getting surgeries for keeping up with his sugar daddies so maybe he started aging out when the botch brigade began. Or of course, people could have lied on the internet
I got so many downvotes on this and fair enough. I feel like I’m living in an alternate universe though. I thought only quite fat people had tits that sagged like that. It’s blowing my mind that those are not considered to be saggy tits. Bless every Kiwi breast and mmwah gentle kiss upon them.

That's just very naive - when you have someone like Betty White admitting she had a facelift just pre-Golden Girls, you know most of Hollywood has had work done. It's just that most people didn't have absolutely blatant work done.
But those that "look good for their age"? Definitely had something done. Actors are as prone to gravity as the rest of us and Clint likely had minor work done to clean up his jawline / jowls.
