She was looking particularly deformed at the Disney Legends ceremony this week. Those shoulder pads don't help with the odd proportions, but mostly what the FUCK is she doing to her faaace? Older pic there for comparison for comparison.

Completely fucked her nose up and changed her entire mouth area. I don't think there's many parts of her face she hasn't changed at this point.
Very sad, she was so pretty. I guess wanting to compete the music industry while being in her 30s has made her do this.

Looks like she had a nose job which made her philtrum longer, after which she had a lip lift to compensate for that. And now her whole mouth just looks wrong or even upside down. Pretty sad.

It's her horse teeth, she got veneers but they're too big for her mouth and she always looks like she's struggling to close it. And she's gotten a HUGE amount of cheek filler so her lower face looks gaunt in comparison while it's actually her cheeks. Otherwise she looks great imo.
Though that jacket should be more open. Closed oversized jacket with shoulder pads is a difficult look to pull off, and the fact it's seamed the way it is makes you want more structure but it's slouchy. Leave it open with a boxy more men's construction and it would've worked.

Sounds like she needed psychological help in accepting her body, not surgical intervention. No different from troons in that way.

It looks like she probably got double eyelid surgery to remove her natural hooded eyelids as well. Which I think is really unfortunate because I thought that was one of her best features, it was charming and made her unique.

Nah.. maybe if she had gotten a bunch of things done and then kept going back for tweaks and redos. BDD is a bitch and surgical treatment is wasted on those people (and dangerous for them).. But disliking one thing and changing it and being happy and more confident with the change isn't the same at all.

A nose job, good makeup. lighting and the right angles go a long way. He's both an example of surgery done right and done wrong but what he never was: a natural stunner

No comparison to her pre-surgery looks but i too think she still is very pretty. She's nowhere near some other women who got butchered by extensive facial work, like Erin for example.

The makeup and lighting in the second picture is doing him no favors. I can't find any other pictures of natural Pete. His mouth is wide open in the first pic and that contour(? - I know nothing about makeup) is again not doing him any favors. He's not a bad-looking guy. The jawline isn't great, but he's fairly handsome for a Brit.

I find these pics of patients under anesthesia even more disturbing than pics of the finished "product" on concious patients/victims. That so-called barbie nose looks hilariously bad, what a ridiculous trend.
Edit: It's the intubation tube that's making me feel extra queasy.

Someday, for no good reason, and I may not live to see it, hooked noses will become popular and people will be lining up outside the door to get nose implants. These implants, hastily done, will work themselves free and causes horrors. Teens will try to DIY by shoving erasers up their nose and schools will send warning fliers to parents about the new trend.
