Honestly, with a schnoz this gigantic I would also very likely get it reconstructed. Poor girl.
That ain't no nose. That's a beak.
Look at the size of those nose-holes. She'd need the middle thing of a toilet paper roll to sniff coke.

This is a specific case where she absolutely looks significantly better post surgery but the issue is it should probably be combined with some kind of eugenics program to keep the nose from propagating further.

Her nose is still big after the surgery it just doesn't look like it came attached to glasses. This is good work.

The first picture is bad, but the second picture is grade A body horror. The fit of her thong still looks like she has anorexic no-ass, but then there are bowling balls to the side of it.

The arse cheeks look stuck on. It’s probably due to the picture quality, but it looks like there’s lines where each arse cheek has been unsuccessfully blended into the skin tone of the twigs it has for legs.
That and the melons on its chest. What a fucking shambles. Still, silver linings and all, it’s gonna be padded when you fall over in snowy weather.

I'd never heard of her before, but you are correct. I was able to find a photo of her in the exact outfit.
What a horrifying appearance. Her face might actually be worse than her body. She looks like a melting wax figure.
Looking into it, she used to be gorgeous back in the 90s when she was in her late teens and early 20s.

She’s my favourite plastic surgery disaster, not least because she is an exceptionally vile human, so I feel fine revelling in her demise.
Eh. She was pretty, but in a standard way. Nothing to write home about if you ask me. Just normal. She certainly stands out now though, I’ll give her that.
