Bad piercing and body modifications - What's the worst you've seen?

Admittedly I've seen the body modification community thread in lol cows of history. While there was an awful lot of gawking at terrible piercings and such, discussion about what drives people to these extremes tends to be relatively shallow. Instead, just post the ones that are objectively horrible, or disgusting in nature.

It's not that deep in my opinion, tattoos and piercings can get very addictive to get, the only reason I stopped at 2 was that they just don't look good contrasting my skin, and getting one in any other color besides black is just gay - here's an example of how they look:

This guy is a slop merchant before the term even existed, but he does showcase some wild tattoos and is currently almost on part 210 of his slop journey, having started almost 15 years ago if memory serves.
