I don't understand Pup's years long obssesion with Togata at all.
Pup embraces being feminine and not transitioning, being quite dismissive about other trans people who wants to perform the required operations to pass while Togata is a GNC trans man who at the end corner of the series (quite out of nowhere), gets outed and has a big mental breakdown about not being able to physically transition and severe dysphoria.

1. Autumn doesn’t say she ISN’T a girl, she says she doesn’t WANT to be a girl. Which is interesting to me, usually transgenders describe the experience as “I was never this, I was always that. I was just born in the wrong social convention”. But Autumn isn’t saying that, she’s saying she WAS born a girl, she just doesn’t WANT to be one. Essentially presenting transgenderism as a choice she’s choosing.
2. I find it interesting that being a girl scares her, but so does being a boy.
3. My theory rn is the reason why both scares her is because she hates herself. She wants to choose NOT being a girl because as long as she’s a girl, she’s Autumn. And she hates Autumn. But if she’s a boy, is that not Autumn enough? Notice how she said that that’s around the time she started going by Salem, which of course most transgenders change their name upon transitioning, but remember she thinks Salem is an ENTIRELY different person. This isn’t a desire to be a gender you were always meant to be, this is a desire to just not be you because you hate you.

i dont understand why pup hasn't just adopted the nonbinary label by now. then they could identify as a lesbian without having their followers jump down their throat and would avoid the criticism about their fear of transition. of course, that wouldn't stop the wave of criticism about being nonbinary, but they could probably spin that in a way to make themself a martyr of some sort

Funnily enough, she used to be nonbinary back in her puppychan days, then gave up on it when she decided to switch to furaffinity in order to hide her identity. I guess she found that LARPing as a pooner on the internet gave her more brownie points but then got a little lost in the sauce somewhere down the road. She tried to come out as a he/him lesbian a year or two ago which is retarded and falls into the nonbinary category. she was too scared of angering lesbians to double down though.

I guess she's not entirely wrong because there definitely is a certain type of person that wants everything sanitized for their enjoyment but her of all people saying this is wild when she constantly brings up literal childrens' shows and movies to make a point. Can they have good and important messages? Yes! But if you constantly insist that shit like Bluey and Steven Universe are the peak of cinema I'm not gonna bother interacting with you any further. It's always "vulnerable queer/black experiences" this, "serious topics" that and yet she cannot ever be assed to seek out media that actually HAS those things, instead choosing to watch the most mainstream low effort shit ever and then complaining that it's mainstream and low effort - like, what did you expect?

And yet none of her creations have any sort of conflict. They all live in some vague utopia where trans acceptance is at an all-time high and everyone is some form of XYZ genderqueer. Discrimination is never shown or elaborated upon apart from the vague, incredibly nonsensical cats vs mice shit that is never fully explained. Her characters are all "weirdos" and yet none of those weirdo traits are actually detrimental to them or viewed as problematic because they are just quirky like that! Her depictions of mental illness all just boil down to "woe is me I am le bullied :("; where exactly does she ever portray those "bad and complex" aspects of both herself and her characters? Literally nowhere, it's all just yapping with nothing tangible to show for it. It's always baffling when she props herself up as this amazing beacon for black and queer voices but then you look at people who actually share those traits with her and still want nothing to do with her because she doesn't represent them whatsoever lmao. There has to be something deeply wrong with you in order to get to that level of utter delusion and lack of self awareness.

I have a feeling that her idea was "I don't have to draw swan's legs if I cover them up with my furry blob!" but either got lazy or forgot, so there's literally no legs in the picture whatsoever lol.
Also she always had an issue with lines and objects tangents, but this one is the worst example yet. Even AI doesn't get this amount of tangents! Can't imagine drawing for so many years and learning nothing.
The way she doesn't have idea how any kind of flowers look and never bother to look up reminds me of the way children draw not the objects themselves, but the symbols for them. So she has the idea that "Sunflower is big and it's these colors", but doesn't want to look up to see how differently the petals look, how thick the stem is and how the leaves are positioned... Looking it up takes literal seconds, but why bother if you can spend this time sniffing your own farts about drawing on your phone and shit.

She tried identifying as lesbian already and it was probably one of my favourite pupscapades. Came out by drawing her fursona in a slur shirt, got backlash because how are you a supposed man and also lesbian? Immediately deleted everything and backtracked.
