Difficult in what way exactly?
Do you struggle to say what you want, do you go blank or is it simply that small talk and most conversations in general bore the fuck out of you?
 
You're probably not autistic, just lacking experience. Get out, find friends, talk to people, focus on noticing how people react to different behaviors and adjust accordingly. If you're really bad alcohol consumption helps with self-esteem and though you will feel humiliated and lose some purity of heart because of all the dumb shit you'll do under influence, it'll help you realize that there's really nothing to fear. For me I get very easily confused by simple tasks and have a hard time following directions, I also tend to ramble on about old NASCAR (because modern NASCAR sucks!) and other types of racing, mainly F1 and IndyCar, my favorite band Oasis, and some girl I like who I've not seen in months and struggled to talk to but I at least didn't use any of Chris Chan's tricks, I think she did enjoy talking to me though.
