Is Attack on Titan any good? There's like six gorillon chapters and from what I saw of the anime it wasn't very interesting.
I'll bullet point it out:
1) Its art moves in reverse, it gets progressively worse as the chapters progress. I have trouble telling characters apart and the design gets very lazy.
2) The plot by this point is totally incoherent, and context won't help. Its nearly the end of the manga and it went from confusing to incomprehensible. Long time readers have no idea what is going on. It no joke needs at least 2 full chapters of just pure exposition to make any sense of what the fuck is actually happening right now.
3) There are massive continuity errors, errors in art. It got so bad at one point people thought they were plot hints. They weren't. They were just blatant errors.
4) The plot becomes EXTREMELY political to the point the titular titans take a back seat to everything. This happens for the majority of the manga.
5) The main character's plan, hidden for years, is extremely simple and utterly retarded.
6) There are no real characters except for Eren. He is the sole focus that moves the plot along. Everything is in service to Eren. If you hate Eren, then there is no point in reading this manga.
7) The 'rules' of the world are made up on the fly and basically go by author fiat.
8 ) The author constantly delays because he has no idea where it is going and there is a MASSIVE amount of filler. This goes with the large number of timeskips, which then go to flashbacks to try and justify what is going on.
9) Even its community, which was mostly brain dead, has been slowly but surely turning on the manga itself.
10) The only good thing about Attack on Titan was the anime, with the animation, the visuals and the music. If you were not interested in that, there is literally no reason to read the manga as the anime is the best thing about Attack on Titan.
I’m pretty sure Eren is going to die and be reborn as that baby from the “last panel” he showed on Twitter. So to make it extra creepy, I’m gonna guess he comes back as his own son.
There's a great time travel story by Robert Heinlien called —All You Zombies— where all the characters are the same character. The main character is a time traveler and is intersex and impregnates himself. Its actually a really good time travel story and very unique. Unlike this one.
I mean, in any sane universe, the whole thing is a time paradox, Eren breaks it, is born to Grisha, who is the holder of the last Attack Titan, who can see through time and space, realizing the cycle has been broken, proclaims Eren to be free.
But Isayama is utter fucking hack trash, so its guaranteed to be garbage.
