Well, that certainly explains a lot, Mark has specifically made videos against Game Grumps before on his main channel.
The videos have a combined 800K views or so, so I wouldn’t be surprised if Arin knows about them, and the simple fact of Pelo acknowledging one of Arin’s “critics” probably set him off something bad, along with making fun of his tour mates.

I'm making a huge assumption here. Arin definitely had this statement in a clipboard, just ready to copy/paste on a document if his past cartoons get brought up and he added the first bit about him trending so that it'd be relevant to today.
