Are troons slowly winning?

no, they only were barely tolerated due to times still being relatively good. The welcome has seriously worn out because they couldn't stop themselves from trying to turbo speed shit to trooning out children.

Troons are now largely back where they should be, abject freaks subject of mockery by anyone who matters (trump making chuck schumer troon jokes at the al smith dinner, to raucous applause)

they had their time to shine but like any retarded fad it only can go on for so long.

The only thing that's slowly winning is natural selection.
I'm not so sure.
We seem to have the knack for creating environments that favour traits that would be dysgenic in nature.
Hence why our civilization is turning in to a freakshow.

The backlash you're seeing against the trannies is entirely symbolic, a pressure valve for the plebs. The best thing you can hope for are some symbolic Ls to get you back to the plantation. Other than that, I do not see any pro-tranny or pro-LGBT legislations getting undone in the forseeable future.

As I explained in a post I made years ago:
I'd like to offer a dissenting opinion. Unless the (western) civilised world abandons equality as its highest held value, which I only see happening after a major cataclysmic event, I actually see trannies on the winning side of any argument. Whenever you see trannies having a fight with feminists, the smart money will always bet on the trannies.

The acceptance and promotion of transsexuality is, more or less how I said it in the TERF thread, how feminism ultimately monkey-pawed itself. I think that understanding feminism is key to understanding troonism. Feminists have used the above mentioned equality to justify the tantrum they've been throwing for over a century, their main argument being that men and women are equal and gender being merely superficial, thus women deserve equal rights, equal pay, equal outcomes, equal participation in traditional male spaces etc. as men (but not equal responsibilities). If you firmly believe that men and women are equal, you have no grounds to argue that trans women aren't real women. If you believe men and women are equal, how can you tell Randy Savage that he's not a woman if he identifies as a proud masculine presenting transgender lesbian? The same arguments feminists used against men are now being used by trannies against feminists/women.

And ultimately the results speak for themselves. Men LARPing as women are entering female bathrooms and showers, colonising female sports and BTFO-ing their cis female competition (Fallon Fox for example) and the lesbian community has now been all but completely subverted and overtaken by trannies. The only realistic way to stop trannies is to abandon the belief in not just gender equality, but equality as a whole; which in the foreseeable future I don't see happening.

Baby they've always been around. Back in my day this was the Troon of the times

No.

There was a time it was gaining momentum when it was under the radar and part of fringe culture mostly based in effeminate males looking for a cheat code after "failing at manhood". Now that people see what it's doing to women's sports, women's rights and the surprisingly high rate of transgendered "social defectives" including but not limited to scammers, wife beaters, pedos, rapists, and general sex pests. The tide is turning, the general public are realizing this was a mistake and frankly it's somewhat self correcting as they are taking themselves out of the gene pool at an extremely fast pace.

I think I should mention when doing an open or blind poll, even trans people refuse to date trans people. Even liberal women in support of trans rights are not attracted to them at all and most lesbians just see them for what they are, men. Even if they kept grooming to sustain numbers for a hundred years I'd never see them as "winning" as a threat as my wife myself and any children we produce would never recognize them as the lie they present.

I fully believe in identity politics should be exploited and there is nothing immoral about that. In example, I apply for a job and claim to be transgendered or simply go to an LGBT promoting career event. There is no fucking way in hell anyone can claim I am not trans, if someone does openly state that I am exploiting an identity I actually do not represent, they will most likely get fired by their supervisor and I'll threaten a gender discrimination suit, settle out of court for a few grand for doing nothing at all or at the very least redpill the fuck out of everyone who has to deal with my obvious lies but cannot do anything about it.

Transgenderism is simply a thin veil hiding a collection of mental illness, you can sit next to someone on a subway and for example not know they are schizophrenic but, the moment they engage you in conversation it starts to become clear and then they become a burden to you as you are now concerned for your safety or just peace of mind.

I'd largely agree with this and I'll add that 'winning' for trans rights advocates is inherently going to be self-defeating. They won, and trans issues worked their way into the mainstream - then the 'trans visibility' element of their victory started taking its toll. Trans people are disproportionately autistic, disproportionately likely to have a psychiatric diagnosis of some sort, and disproportionately likely to have Cluster B personality traits. This adds up to a group that is disproportionately loud, drama-seeking and unreasonable, and the more people are exposed to trans people the more they shift from 'people should be able to live their lives how they want' to 'I don't think this is really in many people's best interests'.

Add in the various questions that come up when you learn more about trans people (What's the link between transgenderism and autism? Why do trans people have patterns of criminality that map to their sex and not their gender identity? Why do so many trans people have childhood sexual abuse in their background? to name a few) that seem like they should have easy answers but don't (and asking them means you're probably a bigot!). Normal people may not read the Cass Report or the WPATH leaks, but it all adds up to background noise of 'this doesn't seem healthy'. How many trans people seem like they become more stable and grounded after embarking on their gender journey, and how many of them seem like their lives are going off the rails while they proclaim they're 'finally living as myself'?

No, neither of the documents I mentioned were a boom-headshot on the movement, but social movements generally don't turn on a dime. I'm no data scientist or sociologist, but it seems like trends tend to follow a roughly parabolic course, where it takes about as long for a social phenomenon to wind down as it does to arise. So I think its going to be gradual - a slow dialing back of stuff like LGBT stuff in schools and libraries, a decrease in medical coverage for trans health care, stricter requirements for access to gender affirming medications and procedures - but I do think that we're just on the other side of broad-scale Peak Trans.

It will take at least a century for this to go away, if it ever will. People who have been in gender-critical circles for years have said that there's always a feeling of the tide turning, but nothing changes -- it just gets worse.
Sure, but egg irl and other places far more responsible for grooming are still thriving.
Not really; egg_irl and trans Reddit are laughingstocks among most troons now. They even have a term for people groomed by egg_irl now -- "Reddit trans".
Is DIY HRT being shat on by public health? Sure, but "legal" HRT is getting easier to access
Again, not really; people seem to be implementing more gatekeeping, but then there will always be some doctors with a saviour complex who make HRT as easy to access as possible.
it seems that each day troons are creeping further and further upwards into open acceptance by normie society.
My immediate family sure isn't accepting them. My aunt is a teacher at a middle school, and she's observed how the GSA club at the school grooms kids who don't fit in anywhere else and end up desisting. My cousin trooned out, and my uncle deadnames and misgenders him all the time (and even talked about how hard it is to use they/them). My mom, who laughed at JD Vance saying that people are trooning out to enter Harvard, knows that something is deeply wrong and disturbing with all this. If anything, no more or less people are accepting them than before.

It is all about money. I can point back to a similar social movement that lost power until it just shriveled up.

So Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton tried to continue MLK’s legacy, but as hucksters. Some called them “race pimps” because they profited off of strife.

Anyway, people slowly stopped tuning in and listening to them because it was the same crap every time. Just divisive and incendiary. They faded into obscurity and irrelevancy eventually, but it took a long time.

When people are publicly badgered about pronouns that is kind of the same thing as the “race pimps” making people feel bad so they can donate “reparations” to them (which they pocket lol)

However gender ideology is a bit more insidious because it goes after very vulnerable young minds. Sometimes the damage can be irreparable. Molestation is possibly the worst thing you can do short of murder. And in many cases, the victims wish they had died instead.

Actually been feeling like they've lost relevancy. The linkedin type crowds are tired of pandering and the idea of the trannysexual has become stale.
