A lot of them just have that "You can smell me through your screen" look. Part of it might be from how ridiculous they look with their receding hairlines, bad wigs and awful fashion sense as they poorly mime real women. It just gives you the skeeves and overloads your senses with disgust. The rest of it is the rotting wound carved out between their legs. Neovaginas cannot self clean. Plus there's that whole colon thing so they can pretend they get wet like a girl tee hee.

this is not how the digestive tract works
feces are made from food, the stinkditch is made from a piece of colon that is (except for that one complication where the layer between bowel and stinkditch breaks) no longer connected to the digestive tract
but the colon has its own microbiome, and these bacteria now live in the stinkditch, and digest whatever the troon in question feeds them with
