There is an entire market for fake perpetual motion machine kits ie secretly there is some battery powered magnet under a thin plank of material or some kind of secret motor that is attached to a windmill that otherwise appears to be moved by some force. One of the big things on youtube for now and the last twelve years at least has been hydrogen generators. Your engine powers an alternator which powers a cell to turn water into hydrogen gas and oxygen to be burned in the engine to create more energy. Never mind that burning hydrocarbons in the presence of oxygen in a internal combustion engine produces water as a byproduct and it takes just as much energy to convert it back denying some other laws of physics like the conservation of energy. Most of you are probably aware of blowers and turbos. The purpose of them is to create positive pressure in the intake plenum and force more more air into an engine so that you can add more fuel and get a bigger bang and more horsepower. Physics allows for this. It is a proven formula that has been in use for nearly a century. How many race cars do you see with hydrogen generators?

Yeah, I always thought that it was just an electric car with extra steps. No way that using electricity to generate hydrogen and then burn to spin the wheels it is more efficient than directly using said electricity to spin the wheels.
