Are there any democratic cities/towns that aren't garbage cans?

Only one I can think of is Honolulu if you got the cash or you're stationed there. There's homeless (naturally) but a lot of them are indistinguishable from you're typical beach bum/surfer type.

Both parties suck because they're bought by big monolithic corporations that ship all the good paying factory jobs overseas. Its not anyone races fault, its the greedy cocksuckers who use everyone warring with each other vs taking notice of their robber baron ways.
