Are safe spaces churches for leftists?

I don't know why but it feels like 'safe spaces' are legitimate churches for leftists. They all believe the same thing and don't believe they are wrong even with evidence, like creationist Christians. They feel close-minded while saying they are open-minded.

Yes. Woke dogma and gender ideology already are essentially a religion, with how much they're supposed to ignore common sense and statistics. So a safe space is where you go to meet other followers of the woke religion.

Presumably, since for a human a Church should be considered a safe space already. Just because someone might hurt your feelings for saying that faggots go to hell doesn't make it not a safe space.

Faggots are going to hell, hopefully after a painful "battle" with aids and monkeypox.

Maybe, but I feel like what you really want to compare it to is a "cult".

A church accepts other people in, and in general folks are not overtly intolerant, or just wouldn't care if you're participating.

A cult however ingrains (the obviously named) "cult mentality" into its followers, herd mentality, and when someone gets out of line they attempt to destroy them. Has a strict ideology that doesn't allow criticism, debate or simple disagreement, and works for the benefit of the cult, even if morally reprehensible.
